This course will give you training on the fundamentals of ICT, which can be applied across industries, along with specialised training in web development

ICT30120 | Certificate III in Information Technology

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are competent in a range of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) roles, including animation, basic cloud computing, basic cyber awareness, digital media skills, generalist IT support services, networking, programming, systems and web development.

Individuals who work in these fields apply broad sets of skills, including foundational knowledge in critical thinking and customer service skills, to support a range of technologies, processes, procedures, policies, people and clients in a variety of work contexts.

Successful completion of all units of competency will result in the award of a nationally recognised Certificate III in Information Technology from the Information and Communications Technology Training Package. Participants who do not successfully complete the full program will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for any of the unit/s of competency they have been deemed competent in.
