Pathways To Success For Aboriginal Women

A group of Aboriginal inmates are paving their way towards a better future after graduating from a valuable work-readiness program at the Emu Plains Correctional Centre, near Penrith.

The 10-week Pathways to your Future program, designed by BSI Learning, equips women with vital work skills including identifying work opportunities; writing resumes, cover letters and reports; and communication in the workplace.

⭐️ The program, run over a series for four-hour sessions, aims to reduce the rate of re-offending by better preparing the women for work ahead of their release.
