Domestic Student Resources

All you need to know about studying with BSI Learning is contained within our resources pages navigable on the left-hand side of this page.

We recommend you start with “The BSI Learning Participant Handbook”  which provides BSIL students and their employers with a range of information relevant to successfully completing a course with BSIL.

The Handbook outlines key BSIL policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality training and assessment outcomes for our students.  It also outlines the student support approach and services we provide for you, our highly engaging and interactive training and assessment methods; and BSIL’s Student Code of Conduct and Service Quality Statement.

The Participant Handbook provides you with important information regarding your enrolment with BSI Learning and your studies.

Please make sure that you read and understand the sections in the Handbook covering:

  • Welcome from the CEO
  • About BSI Learning
  • Provision of Quality Training & Assessment
  • Maximising Quality Training & Assessment Outcomes for you
  • Financial Considerations
  • Compliance with Legislation, Regulation & Government Guidelines
  • Declaration of Understanding
