This program is a 6-month learning experience designed for entrepreneurial women who are already leading and managing team members and who wish to take their leadership skills to the next level.
The program is based on 6 core units from BSB40520 Diploma of Leadership and Management and delivers a partial qualification.

The focus of this program is very much on “how to” apply key leadership and management principles into your business or workplace environment.
Your role may be in any industry or organisational setting. Typically, you will have considerable experience in your respective industries or vocational areas and combine an informed perspective of specific work requirements with your managerial approaches. You need a sound theoretical knowledge base and managerial competencies to plan, carry out, and evaluate your own work or the work of a team.
Upon completion of these units, you will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for any of the unit/s of competency they have been deemed competent in.
You may continue with the remaining units to earn a full BSB50420 Diploma in leadership and Management if you wish to (conditions apply).

Students may continue with the remaining units to earn a full BSB50420 Diploma in leadership and Management from the Business Services Training Package if they wish to (conditions apply).
